My Everyday Face! | MegBolderson.

Hey dolls! Today I have my everyday face for you (not literally, that would be weird). Basically, the products I put on my face on an everyday basis, nothing extravagant; When I'm in a rush these are the products I reach for!

Mac Studio Fix Fluid (NW20)- If you are a regular reader of my blog, you will know that I love using Mac Studio Fix Fluid as I think it gives ideal coverage and still doesn't look or feel heavy on my skin. It's also a perfect colour match for me so it doesn't look particularly like I'm wearing a lot on my face!

Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Natural (Medium)- I find a swig of this across my whole face sets my foundation perfectly and doesn't look at all cakey.

Rimmel Natural Bronzer (022 Sun Bronze)- I love a tiny bit of this in my hollows of my cheeks as a faint contour, it adds some form of definition to my face which I love.

Mac Blusher (Well Dressed)- I know a lot of people rave about this blusher and after using it so much recently, I can totally see why. It's just the perfect everyday pink, not too 'in your face' but still so pigmented, absolutely in love!

Mac Mineralize Skinfinish (Soft and Gentle)- I use a slight bit of this just on top of my cheekbones to add a nice glow and radiance to my face! Definitely on my repurchase list as I'm almost running out (Quickly runs to Mac shop and buys 20- Can't risk running out).

Lancome Eyelash Curlers- To me, eyelash curlers are eyelash curlers, however I still haven't used the Shu Uemura version, so don't quote me on that. I think they just prep your eyelashes before mascara and I've seen such a transformation in my eyelash length already!

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara- I wouldn't say this is the best mascara I've ever used, but it's definitely not the worst. It does the job for everyday anyway so I don't mind that it isn't the best of the best to be quite honest.

Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil (002 Hazel)- I've only ever used this eyebrow pencil and I think it would take something amazing for me to change my mind. I just love it, it's the perfect colour for my brows and also has a formulation I am extremely fond of!

Mac Lipstick (Plink!)- As I've mentioned before, this is my absolute go-to lipstick because it's one of those that you don't even need a mirror to apply because it just adapts to my lips perfectly. Definitely a 'your lips but better' lipstick, however it still makes your face look complete!

So as of yet, my daily makeup routine shapes out to look like this! I hope you enjoyed reading as much as I enjoyed writing.

Have you tried any of the products I use on my face everyday? What's your everyday face?
Have a great day!

Summer Sale Haul | MegBolderson.

Hello guys! This haul doesn't have a huge colour range, I'm sorry. But it does have a whole lot of pink. Enjoy!

Blazer- Zara

This cute little baby pink blazer instantly caught my eye when I strolled into Zara. I'm not one to accessorise with jewellery that much, not because I don't like it, I'm just not very good at it. That's why, for me at least, its all about the jacket. I thought this little gorgeous jacket would be the perfect addition to my ever-growing jacket collection.

Shirt- Mango

I love this cute sheer shirt. It is so cute and floral, it will instantly make an outfit 10x more feminine! I can envisage this paired with a pair of jeans or tucked in to a neon skater skirt!

Dress- Primark

The classic summer dress is revisited with the adorable ditsy pattern. When I wear this dress it makes me feel like I'm so young and childish again, but contrasted with a leather jacket and boots, the dress could look incredibly grungy and different!

Dress- H&M

A casual dress can be the key to an amazing outfit sometimes! And In this case definitely. This coral, cotton dress is so simple but so elegant. What I also love about this is it could be styled in a million different ways. By adding a kimono and sandals, it would be perfect for the beach, or by pairing with thick tights and a denim jacket, would be suitable for winter. The lace detailing at the neck looks so effective too!

Kimono- TK Maxx

Kimono's are my new favourite thing to wear this season, I have no idea how I've only just found out about them but boy am I in love! They instantly give your outfit a make over and add an element of glamour without you having to put my effort in. The paisley-like pattern visits the boho chic trend and the fringing makes it almost festival worthy. This draped over your shoulders will make a world of difference, trust me!

I hope you enjoyed this little summer haul, most items were on sale so if any of these items intrigue you make sure you hit the shops quickly!

Have you spotted any bargains this sale season? Where is your favourite store to sale shop?
Have a great day!

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick Review | MegBolderson.

Hello lovely readers, again... I apologise for being a bit MIA recently, I really have no excuse, so I give you permission to be angry at me. I've been shopping quite frequently recently so I have a few outfit posts planned so stay tuned for that! Again I really am sorry for not posting, I promise I won't be gone for that long again.

Today I have a review of some lipsticks I have been absolutely lusting for recently. I was just shopping the other day and came across these amazing finds! I know the moisture renew lipsticks aren't particularly new, however I've only just discovered them and instantaneously knew that I needed to review them and tell you all about them!

So, up first is '210- Fancy'. I'm so in love with this colour, it's a gorgeous pink with beautiful glitter particles which is so flattering on the lips. It also means you don't always have to wear gloss with it if you don't want to. So in my opinion it is both a lipstick and a lipgloss in one tube! It's not too overpowering either as it is not completely opaque so you can wear it quite subtly or build it up.

Next up, I have a nude! Now, I'm not one to wear nudes like a lot of other people. I just find them so daunting and most of them just wash me out and make me look like a ghost or that I forgot to put lipstick on. However, '700- Nude Delight' is the perfect nude for me! So many people have raved and raved about this, most people saying it is just the right nude, not too brown and not too orangey. If you're in the same situation I was, I 100% recommend going out and buying this! You will not regret it.

Last but definitely not least, and most probably my favourite of the three is '320- Funtime Fuchsia'. Again I've heard so much about this lipstick on the bloggersphere. If you're looking for the perfect summer bright pink lip colour, this is your answer! It looks so dark when it's in the tube, almost reddish in fact. But when it's on the lips it automatically turns to this absolutely beautiful neon pink. The blue undertones look amazing on the lips and it goes on completely opaque. To me, it almost feels more like a lip stain than a lipstick because it really does last all day. The only downside is that when it does eventually start to wear off it can separate in certain places, fortunately this still doesn't put me off.

Overall I think these lipsticks are fantastic value for money at a mere £6.29! I will definitely be purchasing more colours.

Have you tried the Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks? What's your favourite colour to be wearing this summer?
Have a great day!
